  • Discuss evidence-based methods to improve faculty calibration
  • Recognize the importance of faculty calibration for student learning
  • Identify methods to incorporate calibration exercises into faculty in-services
  • Implement communication strategies that support consistent, clear, and actionable student feedback.
  • Recognize CODA’s standard relating to calibration exercises
