CONFERENCE SCHEDULE

Session titles and times are subject to change. Registered attendees will be notified of any updates.

CE certificates are awarded for both live and on-demand course completion. Live session attendance qualifies for live CE credit. On-demand courses qualify for self-study CE credit. Requirements vary by state — attendees are responsible for verifying eligibility with their state licensing board.

Two courses in this conference are pre-recorded and available on-demand with a live Q&A session built into the schedule. In addition, all live sessions will be recorded and available to registered attendees for 30 days following the conference — so you won't miss a thing even if you can't attend every session live. SPARK 2026 — Conference FAQ

Do these CE courses meet the requirements for my state?

Jell-Ed is an approved continuing education provider through the American Association of Dental Hygiene (AADH). Whether these courses satisfy your specific state requirements depends on your state's Dental Practice Act, which governs what types of CE are accepted for license renewal. We encourage you to review your state's requirements or contact your state dental board directly if you have questions about eligibility. Please note that CE regulations are subject to change, and it is always best to verify current requirements with your licensing authority.

Are the live sessions considered "live" CE?

All live sessions at SPARK 2026 are delivered in real time via Zoom, with presenters actively interacting with attendees through live chat and Q&A throughout each session. Attendance is tracked automatically. Whether these sessions qualify as "live" CE for your state depends on how your state Dental Practice Act defines interactive or synchronous CE — please verify with your state board.

Who can attend — is this only for dental hygienists?

SPARK 2026 is designed specifically for dental hygiene educators, program directors, and clinical instructors. Other dental professionals are welcome to attend, though they should verify CE eligibility with their own state board, as AADH provider approval is specific to dental hygiene licensure.

Do these courses count toward CODA's educational methodology requirement for faculty?

Yes — and this is one of the most significant values SPARK 2026 offers dental hygiene educators.

CODA Standard 3-6b requires that "all dental hygiene program faculty members must have documented background in current educational methodology concepts consistent with teaching assignments." This requirement applies to all dental hygiene faculty — full-time and part-time, didactic and clinical — at every CODA-accredited institution.  CE courses that address pedagogy, instructional design, andragogy, curriculum development, assessment, and clinical teaching methodology — especially those aligned to specific content areas — are a well-recognized pathway for demonstrating compliance.

What does this mean for your program?

If you teach at a CODA-accredited dental hygiene program, completing SPARK 2026 courses in educational methodology can contribute to your documented background under Standard 3-6b. Faculty should retain their CE certificates and maintain a professional development portfolio that connects each course to their specific teaching assignment. Program directors are encouraged to work with their program's institutional documentation process to ensure these credits are recorded appropriately as evidence of compliance.

REGISTRATION & ACCESSING THE CONFERENCE

How will I access the conference after registering?

After completing your registration through Kajabi, you will receive a confirmation email with your account login details and Zoom link for the live sessions. If you do not see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. A single Zoom link will be used for all live sessions throughout the conference weekend. Your on-demand courses will be accessible anytime through your Jell-Ed account.

Can I share my login or Zoom link with someone else?

Please do not share your login credentials or Zoom link. CE certificates are tied to individual registration and attendance tracking. If a colleague wants to attend, they are welcome — they just need to register separately.

Can we register as a group?

Each person wishing to earn CE credit must register individually. If a group watches on a shared device, only the person who is registered and logged in will be eligible to receive a CE certificate.

How late can I register?

Registration closes at the start of the first live session on Thursday evening, June 11. We encourage you to register early so you have time to set up your account and access your on-demand courses before the weekend begins.

What device do I need?

Any device with a reliable internet connection will work — laptop, desktop, tablet, or smartphone. A laptop or desktop with a larger screen is recommended for the best viewing experience.

CONFERENCE FORMAT

Are the live sessions truly live and not pre-recorded?

Yes — every live session at SPARK 2026 is delivered in real time. Presenters are live, the Q&A is live, and the interaction is genuine. This matters because many state boards do not accept pre-recorded content for live CE credit.

Will the conference be recorded?

Yes. All live sessions will be recorded and available to registered attendees for 30 days following the conference. Recordings are for personal review and will qualify for self-study CE credit after a short quiz. After the 30-day window, recordings will no longer be accessible.

What are the on-demand courses?

Two courses are available on-demand — watch them on your own schedule before or during the conference weekend. Each includes a live Q&A session built into the Friday and Saturday schedules. On-demand courses qualify for self-study CE credit rather than live CE credit.

Are there breaks between sessions?

Yes. Scheduled breaks are built into the agenda between each session. The full schedule with times is posted above.

Will closed captioning be available?

Yes. Closed captioning is available through Zoom and can be turned on or off by each attendee.

Can the presenters see or hear me?

Your camera and microphone are not active during sessions. We encourage you to engage with presenters through the Zoom chat and Q&A features.

Do I have to attend every session?

CE credit is awarded per session, so you can attend the sessions most relevant to your work. We encourage you to be fully present for any session you are seeking CE credit for. Stepping away mid-session may affect your attendance record and your ability to earn credit for that session.

CE CERTIFICATES, EVALUATIONS & QUIZZES

When and how will I receive my CE certificate?

CE certificates will be emailed within seven (7) days after the conference concludes. Check your spam and junk folders if you do not see it arrive. Your certificate will be sent to the email address used at registration.

What is the minimum attendance requirement to earn CE credit?

You must be logged in and present for a minimum of 45 minutes per session to receive CE credit, as required by accreditation standards. Attendance is tracked automatically through Zoom.

Are course evaluations required?

Evaluations are not required to earn your CE certificate, but your feedback is genuinely valued and helps us improve future SPARK conferences.

Is there a quiz or assessment?

A quiz is required for on-demand courses to obtain CE.

Are these courses reported to CE Broker?

Not directly. Like an in-person conference, you will need to manually upload your CE certificate to your CE Broker account.

FINANCIALS

What is the refund policy?

Full refunds are available through June 1, 2026. After that date, refunds are not available. Please confirm your availability before registering.

Why isn't this conference free?

Producing a professional virtual conference involves real costs — speaker honoraria, platform fees, CE administration, and production support.  At $197–$247, SPARK 2026 is a fraction of the cost of attending an in-person dental education conference.
