Dental Hygiene Seminars: Studying for Boards, Made Simple.
For over 30 years, Dental Hygiene Seminars has become a pivotal component in preparing Educators and students for the National Board Dental Hygiene Examination (NBDHE). By partnering with Dental Hygiene Seminars, Educators can focus on what they do best – educating and inspiring the next generation of Dental Hygienists.
Dental Hygiene Educators play a vital role in shaping the future of dental hygiene professionals. With Educator's responsibilities in the classroom steadily increasing, Dental Hygiene Seminars (DHS), recognizes the challenges educators face in preparing their students for the NBDHE. They are committed to providing the guidance and resources needed to support their curriculum. DHS is designed to assist Educators in integrating the latest exam trends and content into their teaching, ensuring they and students are well-prepared for success.
For the Educators
The landscape of dental hygiene education is rich with various platforms that host seminars, workshops, and webinars. Dental Hygiene Seminars sets themselves apart by keeping educators at the forefront, offering them resources to enhance their teaching methodologies. Two Educators from every school attend for free to experience the seminar firsthand! Educators are given the opportunity to earn 2 CEs in Calibration and Methodology courses at the In-Person Seminars hosted by Jell-Ed! Educators also receive 24 CEs for attending the In-Person or Virtual Course. In addition, educators can access up-to-date research, case studies, and best practices from leading experts in the field, enabling them to stay ahead of the curve in dental hygiene board preparation.
DHS Instructors
Dental Hygiene Seminars exclusively employs current or former Dental Hygiene Program Directors or instructors to deliver their curriculum. These instructors thoroughly address the extensive NBDHE syllabus. Through the integration of multimedia presentations, interactive sessions, case studies, pneumonics, exam tips, and practice questions, these platforms ensure that learning is both engaging and impactful.
Comprehensive
Dental Hygiene Seminars provides a structured approach to learning, covering all the key areas assessed in the examination. Through detailed lectures and interactive sessions, students can deepen their understanding of dental hygiene practices, patient management, and ethical considerations in dentistry. This comprehensive exposure ensures that they are well-prepared for the questions they will encounter in the exam.
Interactive
Moreover, these seminars are designed to mimic the pressure and intensity of the actual examination, helping students build their test-taking stamina and manage anxiety. The interactive elements of these seminars, such as Q&A sessions and group discussions, also enhance critical thinking and problem-solving skills, which are vital for the case-based questions on the NBDHE.
Digital World
DHS offers online platforms, and virtual seminars for students to access high-quality education regardless of their geographical location. These digital solutions provide flexible learning options, allowing students to learn at their own pace and on their own schedule. Additionally, online platforms often include many learning styles, such as video lectures, digital textbooks, and interactive quizzes.
